Mosaic is currently looking for a Coordinator, Content. The Coordinator role supports Content team members in Canada and the US, delivering program execution across our core areas of expertise: social, influencer, digital media, PR, digital shopper, website, SEO/SEM, measurement.


The Coordinator, Content supports client-facing programs from concept to execution, including the following responsibilities:

Based on client ask/brief, provide support on the creation of all expertise strategies and recommendations with research, content, insights and other tasks

Lead execution of strategy, end to end:
Including tracking/reporting on effectiveness, cost, consumer sentiment, content effectiveness, etc.
Vendor management (as required) across all disciplines
Client communication (meeting notes, follow-up with clients, status updates, questions, etc.)

Scout and research influencers, media vendors, PR outreach lists, website developers and other 3rd party suppliers

Communication and execution management with all vendors/influencers/partners

Project management of all integrated executions and weekly status reporting and management with all integrated partners

Leverage all discipline playbooks, templates, best practices to ensure all executions are best of breed

Manage execution of all digital creative assets with studio and vendors, as required

Financial administration including purchase order and invoice management
Provide support on budgets
Project reconciliations
Support on quotes/SOWs/Pricing

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or other post-secondary education in a related discipline (marketing, PR, advertising, or other relevant discipline).
A focused commitment to learn about and participate in the digital/social space.
Ability to keep abreast of emerging digital and social media marketing platforms.
At ease working in a team setting and working with a variety of other stakeholder groups, both internal and external.
Helpful, supportive attitude.
Excellent written, verbal, research and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional and prepared manor.
Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Aptitude for learning and professional development.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Inquiring mind and confidence to ask questions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Concern for client service and immediacy.
Results and solutions oriented.
Strong ability to build relationships & rapport with clients and teammates.
Social Media and Social networking basics, including community management and moderation.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change
Organized, attention to detail, time management skills
Ability to self-start and ask questions
Confidence in working with quantitative and qualitative data to produce meaningful insights
Comfort presenting to clients and internal stakeholders is required
