Job Description

SVS Group LLP is a medium sized west Edmonton Chartered Professional Accounting firm. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with previous experience working in the public accounting environment. Duties will include formating and proofing financial statements and correspondence, assembling client packages including the financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, gst returns and required documents. Additional duties include correspondence as required by the partner, booking meetings, invoicing, reception relief and general administrative duties as required by the firm.

The firm will also require overtime hours during the months of February and April which are also paid.
