As a Business Development Executive at Finger Food Advanced Technology Group you will join a dynamic team responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for the company. We help our global clients - some of the largest brands in the world, including Electronic Arts, Microsoft, lululemon, Enbridge and Softbank Robotics - develop innovative custom software solutions that transform their businesses, product lines and operations. We offer a unique opportunity for our employees to work with numerous emerging technologies across a number of verticals ranging from retail to heavy industrial.
You will be the tip of the spear for Finger Food ATG when making contact with new prospects and target accounts. This will involve communicating our unique value proposition to people with a range of roles from senior management to business operations to technical, navigating complex organizations, building trusting relationships, uncovering areas where we provide value, and sparking excitement about working together. You will be a major contributor and accountable for bringing in projects and accounts that drive the whole success of the company.
We will expect you to already have a deep understanding of how software is designed and developed and be well versed with leading technologies of the day. You will easily transition between working independently, contributing as a member of the business team, and engaging project teams in managing solutions with our clients. Your ability to report up and collaborate with senior management will be an asset.
Travel to meet with prospects face to face is required.
Identify new prospects and target accounts
Network and build relationships with relevant people in person and online
Organize meetings with prospects to pitch Finger Food ATG
Present in person to prospects
Work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals and project budgets
Present proposals to prospects in person
Demonstrate existing Finger Food ATG experiences
Network and speak at relevant conferences and events
Keep immaculate record of all outward-facing communications in Finger Food ATGs CRM
Communicate activities and target status upwards
Drive opportunities from first contact with a client through to the successful delivery of projects to develop a successful ongoing relationship
Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute highly-targeted networking events and develop high-value content and messaging
Provide feedback based on what you are hearing in the market to help the company learn and adjust its strategy
5+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail oriented

Experience with custom software development frameworks and technologies

Demonstrated history of success in business development roles

Professional services experience
No restrictions on travelling internationally
Deep knowledge or experience working within a specific vertical is a plus
