Job Description

Canadian Veterans Vocational Rehabilitation Services (CVVRS), a division of WCG, is a client-centered program designed to provide comprehensive, individualized measures to eligible Veterans Affairs Canada clients that will assist them to prepare for suitable and gainful civilian employment.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering client telephone inquiries about their claims, processing claims, and invoicing Veterans Affairs Canada. This is a customer service and clerical role that will suit a detail oriented individual who is willing to learn. This position requires a high level of confidentiality pertaining to client records and financial information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer client calls and provide accurate direction on the submission of their claims
Processing client claims and ensuring contractual and legislative requirements are met
Review, process and invoice all CVVRS services to the contractual standard
Provide quality assurance for claims/invoices processed by other Claims Specialists
Answer inquiries from field staff regarding claims and other administrative questions
Filing, mailing, scanning and other administrative tasks
Other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual (English and French)
Excellent customer service skills
Self-starter with excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Willingness to learn and enhance skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Good research abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Superior written and oral communication skills
High level of confidentiality; employment contingent on Security Clearance Reliability Status
