We are currently looking for a Lease Documentation Specialist to join our Operations team at Ritchie Bros. Financial Services based in our Burnaby global headquarters.

The Opportunity:
Internally titled as Documentation Review Specialist '(DRS)', this role will be responsible for completing lease and loan documentation on those transactions approved by Ritchie Bros. Financial Services. The representative effectively and efficiently interfaces with team members from Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers auction sites and Account Managers from RBFS.

In this role youll:
Timely delivery of documents to our customers
Accurate and timely review of all incoming loan packages for submission to our Lenders
Requesting required documentation from Customer to complete a file ie title copies, insurance requests originals, ensuring a timely and efficient funding process so that Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers is paid within 7 days from the auction
Indexing incoming funding packages
Build relationships with the Account Managers and the Document Specialists funding sources or individuals designated at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers auction
Participate in special projects and additional adhoc duties
Ensuring files are completed to point of funds received

Heres what you bring:
Technical knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Credit Decisioning, Contract Management and/or Loan Application software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; this is an external customer and internal stakeholder facing position.
Fluency in French and/or Spanish is a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Self-Motivated and able to work unsupervised
Solid work ethic and confidential
Ability to execute in high pressure situations and periods
