As a part of Sales, you'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, big or small, you'll help Mondelz International become the supplier of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans in every store.
In the role of Field Sales Representative, you will have accountability over a territory and be responsible for driving the business with various customers - both small and large retail grocery customers. You will work with your customers to identify programs and merchandising opportunities to grab the attention of consumers and sell our products, ultimately being responsible for delivering the sales and profit goals for your accounts. Your performance is easily recognizable and you can put your own stamp and impact on business results and see the difference you can make. You will be directly responsible for the success of your business - how sweet is that!
Increase sales volume and Mondelz shared objectives by brand and category for designated accounts within your territory
Secure retailer support for promotional programs
Ensure superior execution of core program fundamentals such as: distribution, planograms, pricing, merchandising, Point of Purchase (POP) material
Ensure prominent product placement and visibility, and maintain agreed store Plan-O-Grams with the correct product listings and facings
Install Point of Sales (POS) materials where applicable to promote the sale of Mondelez products

Ability to work independently
Completion of post-secondary degree/diploma is required
Experience working in sales, retail or a grocery environment
Demonstrated experience making a difference and driving impact on goals
Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be requested as part of the recruitment process)
The ability to work within an assigned territory, driving to various locations
Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and stocking displays at times and talking in terms of fact-based selling stories with customers
A love for snacks, and genuinely appreciative of the Joy that a little something sweet can bring to your day
