Finance Administrative Assistant
Job Description Summary

This position will report to the Manager of Accounts Payable and will work in a support role with Accounts Payable staff as well as other Finance departments in delivering effective, timely and efficient services to internal and external clients, in accordance to Accounting Departments policies and procedures

Job Description:
Daily outgoing couriers and Xpress Post
Compiling outgoing documents with cheques, for mail delivery
Customer Service email inbox response, distribution & management
Assisting other finance areas with outgoing mail, electronic mail, daily operational functions.
Filing & Scanning, multiple companies and departments
Distribution of incoming mail to Finance Department
Matching and applying credit card transactions
Processing, printing and matching to invoices
New vendor update and creation
Data and transaction verification for large vendor accounts
Data entry
Special projects as assigned.
Other financial duties as required
