Handling written and verbal client inquiries regarding Group Insurance coverage and policies; communicating benefits and providing information on eligibility and coverage optionsProcessing transactions and monthly reconciliation for insured'sLiaising with Clients, Providers and Insurance Carriers ensuring inquiries/complaints are handled accordinglyOther duties, as assigned.What you bring to this role
