Position Overview

You will address clients insurance requirements, using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.

What you will achieve in this role
Provide accurate, professional, quality Customer Service to clients groupsMeet or exceed all call answer rate and service level KPIs, and deliver timely Administration ServicesContribute to the successful retention of current clients and attract new groups in the marketplace through accountability and ownership of client relationship and serviceActively contribute to a high performing and engaged Plan Benefit team in a respectful team environmentResponsibilities of the role include:
Handling written and verbal client inquiries regarding Group Insurance coverage and policies; communicating benefits and providing information on eligibility and coverage optionsProcessing transactions and monthly reconciliation for insured'sLiaising with Clients, Providers and Insurance Carriers ensuring inquiries/complaints are handled accordinglyOther duties, as assigned.What you bring to this role
