What This Position Is All About:
The HR Generalist will contribute to the development of HR initiatives and execute programs to support the Corporate Technology team.

You Also Have:
4 year Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Retail, or Business Management
3-5 years of applicable progressive professional and business experience (HR and Recruitment experience strongly preferred)
Experience in a retail/merchant environment and interest and understanding of the fashion industry preferred

As the Human Resources Generalist, You Will:
Serve as the HRBP and manage the implementation of HR processes and initiatives for associates in assigned client groups

Support information for all employee lifecycle events:
Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment process for Senior level rolesOwn the full cycle recruitment process for Corporate rolesAdminister new hire, promotion and exit interview activitiesOversee New Hire Orientation planning and executionPartner with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional onboarding experienceManage documentation for associate changes, including salary, reporting structure, position changes and internal offer lettersInvestigate and support resolution of Employee Relations issues in partnership with Senior HR team and legal departmentSupport the execution of employee engagement activities for the client groupLiaise with support teams to manage general reporting and data requests Support the HRBP team activities throughout the year including, Annual Talent Review Process, Annual Goal Setting Process

Participate in and/or lead Corporate task forces and special projects
