You will be responsible for maintaining, preparing, and reconciling accounts and other financial documents. This position will require you to have a broad understanding of basic accounting principles and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but may not be limited, to the following duties outlined below:

  • Input cash receipt
  • Apply A/R Adjustments
  • Input Technicians hours for payroll, vacations, leaves, & match to timesheets
  • Record & maintain yearly vacation schedule for technicians
  • Enter non-POs invoices
  • Email EFT notifications
  • Reconcile branch impress accounts
  • Impress deposit slips notifications
  • Electronic Stewardship Remittances
  • A/P Back Up
  • Prepare the required journal entries and accruals.
  • Account reconciliations for balance sheet items
  • Assist with month end activities such as closing, and reporting
  • Distribute daily mail
  • File accounts payable paid invoices
  • General administrative tasks as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Intermediate computer skills (particularly EXCEL)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment

Knowledge / Education requirements:

  • University Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field preferred
