Our award-winning multi-family division, StreetSide Developments, is seeking a talented Online Sales Concierge to join our team in Calgary. StreetSides business is to develop and build comprehensive multi-family condominium communities in Calgary and surrounding areas. With a focus on quality, value and service, we are passionate about building lasting relationships with all of our customers and our team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager the Online Sales Concierge will be the first point of contact for all sales leads and customer inquiries via our website, social media and/or advertising channels online. The incumbent will be responsible to sort and qualify leads, nurture them until they are ready to be handed off to an Area Sales Manager. Additionally the Online Sales Conceirge will manage select Pre-Sale opportunities within StreetSide.

  • Process inquiries from a variety of media based sources (web leads, phone calls, realtors, radio promotions, billboards and all print media, etc.)
  • Retrieve and analyze all leads that have displayed interest and /or requested information on StreetSide Developments
  • Management of all contacts in Hubspot CRM.
  • Convert lead inquiries into sales center appointments
  • Follow up with prospects after appointments have occurred
  • Promote and support Realtor relationships
  • Function as a supporting sales team member
  • Follow up with all closed homeowners to improve referrals
  • Actively participate in weekly sales meetings as required
  • Undertake and accept training to improve sales skills

Pre-Sales Selling Processes

  • Ensure that the customers buying experience, from beginning to end, is positive
  • Be well-informed, honest and clear about all information shared with customers
  • Follow up with all sales prospects in a timely and need-appropriate manner
  • Update on-site team members and the Sales & Marketing Managers about prospects and traffic throughout the week
  • Complete all sales-related reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of your competitors in the area
  • Overcome sales objections and concerns in a quick and convincing manner
  • Diligently conduct sales prospecting and follow up with in-process contacts and new leads
  • Ability to meet potential customers at pre-determined locations
  • Familiarity with writing purchase and sales agreements

Assets Preference will be given to Candidates that also have the following insights:

  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing and Content Management

Experience Required

  • Minimum education requirement Grade 12 Diploma; Preference given to post-secondary education in marketing and business.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Proven email and phone communication skills
  • Accurate keyboarding and data entry with proper grammar
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills; self-motivated
  • Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize quickly and effectively
  • Experience in Hubspot CRM or similar platform

Preference will be given to those with new home sales and/or marketing experience and sales content management database

Working Conditions

In home office or specified sales centres with attendance at sales meetings and visits to the Showhomes and Welcome Centres in support of the StreetSide Experience. Competitor site visits to familiarize self with products.

As an Online Concierge the expectation is that you are always available to respond to inquiries within 15 minutes during working hours. Work hours are from 11am 8pm Monday-Thursday and 12-5pm Saturday-Sunday.

Compensation will be a blend of a base, monthly amount, commission per appointment made and commission per sale that originated from the converted lead. Compensation will be reviewed at the 3-month timeline. Equipment will be provided.
