District Overview

Kiewit Supply Network group specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building; and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service focused on ensuring equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price. We strive to offer an appropriate level of quality and ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule and in compliance with the clients specifications and expectations.


This position will be based out of our Calgary, AB office.

Maintain various logs, reports, templates and files for assigned projects.
Maintain working relationship with Project Controls, Purchasers, Contracts Managers, Supplier representatives, and Business Services Departments.
Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepares facilities and resources which occasionally include arrangements off-site.
Assist as required in procurement fucntions, including estimating, RFP package preparation, purchase requisition and orders, expediting, and vendor surveillance.
Maintain document control for procedures, work instructions, forms and records, including vendor and subcontractor contracts.
