Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Canada and US operations to support hypergrowth in the Software Development portfolio.
Become a subject matter expert in the high-tech recruiting market across Canada and US
Support the recruitment portfolio for technology positions
Use our ATS to build a viable talent pipeline for all positions
Represent Finger Food at industry events, career fairs, and technology-related meetups
Understand the Finger Food brand and be able to market to potential candidates
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
1 to 3 years of full cycle technical recruitment experience (internal or agency)
Post-secondary education, or mixture of education and experience within Business, or a related field
1 to 3 years previous experience sourcing and finding passive applicants
A vast network in the software industry across Canada and the US (preferred)
Experience working in a hyper-growth environment
Experience working in a tech company (preferred)
Advanced technical literacy (G-Suite, MS Word and MS Excel)
Experience working with an ATS
Professionalism while collaborating with varying employee levels
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
